I Want To Send It Back

I bought this product in May of 2022 while I was still working in Guam. The intention was to use it on a relocation trip to Europe in July, as a carry on and then as backpack for outdoor hiking or weekend trips. Well that thing is a monster. It is heavy, it scratched my arms, the straps are very uncomfortable, the zipper is very hard to close, and I kept hitting people and objects while it was on my back. I have tried to contact YETI; sent them an email, started a chat online. I am still hearing crickets. Nobody has responded. I don't care if I get a full refund or product exchange; I don't want this bag crowding my house.

Any One Who Loves Yeti Products

Knows the quality yes it seems expensive at first but as somebody that's spent over a year searching for the perfect bag for everyday holidays beach days days on boat with the kayak. Also must add on for me was two of the bottle holders just made it even better and when ur bag falls out of the kayak and floats it a huge pulls point All in all don't hesitate add to cart and buy in my opinon

Best Waterproof Backpack

This bag is simple, strong and has a super clean design. Right from the get-go I know I'd got the right bag and I expect it will last for years as the material is just bullet proof strong. While not a bag for extended hiking it nevertheless very comfortable for day trips with all the straps being adjustable. I felt comfortable having my expensive camera and drone gear inside while hiking last week to a shoot location in a full-on downpour. I'd fully recommend this item!

Insane How Good This Bag Is

Adventure swimming and RiverTrekking. I have pushed this bag over miles and miles of RiverTrekking against the flow, falling over and long periods of time under water and it still looks NEW and has not let a drop of water inside it . I can't belive how strong this bag is and how comfortable it feels on me, it feels part of me when its on my back. I literally can't express enough on hear how good it really is... ITS AMAZING. I'm currently still finishing a 70+ mile RiverTrek and hope to release a vid on my social media that will show the intensive action it gets. Love this bag Fenwick Ridley
