Not Leakproof...why Not?

I was bought this as a Christmas gift. Alpine yellow. Its pretty and cute, with gimmick slider but pointless and heavy. I never use it as it is not leakproof which in this style of mug in my opinion is absolutely not fit for purpose and a poor design. You know what? I want a leakproof cup...I mean why bother with a lid at all.

Appalled By The Quality Of The Lid

This was my first and last purchase on this website. Very fancy marketing but no real quality. The lid is atrocious, it doesn't hold in any fluids. If you turn it with the flap fully closed, all your fluids will come gushing out. I had coffee everywhere in my bag and car. When i returned it with my concerns outlined, they approved the refund almost immediately without responding to my complaints, as if they knew about this problem beforehand.

Great product! So far beyond any other product out there. Just fantastic.

Leaks Leaks Leaks

Doesnt fit in a cupholder and leaks even with just water in it, this isnt even splashproof so even when holding it in your hand in a car it leaks from the mag slider. The seal around the top is tight and doesnt leak just the mag slider which at this point is nothing more than a gimmick. Until yeti pull their finger out and make a decent stronghold press fit lid unfortunately this will be sat at the back of the cupboard unused. Disappointing design from yeti.

Amazing

As all YETI products, this is the same. AMAZING. I’m so glad I’ve got this mug. It’s going in with the collection. It holds enough for a good coffee bump until the late morning. If you’re thinking about buying it, don’t. And just do it. You won’t regret it
