Dissatisfied customer
I ordered this to go with my tent, for some reason the order defaulted to an address I haven't lived at for years. I reached out to customer service within 5 minutes of noticing the glitch. They told me there was nothing they can do but hope the person returns to sender. So I ordered a second time since I needed the tarp sooner than later. It went to the correct default address this time but when I went back to double check I noticed your website not only charged me twice, but sent the second unauthorized order to my old address again. Once again customer service refused to help me. THIS IS A GLITCH ON THE WEBSITE, if you're not going to fix it at least make it right. What kind of company refuses to at least change the address or cancel the order before it ships? From a customer service perspective it makes no sense. This is extra upsetting because as a year round ski instructor I am a MAJOR buyer and ambassador for your brand. I have steered people to your brand more times than I can count and you can't even mediate an issue that should be simple. I am VERY unhappy and VERY disappointed with this transaction.

Probably could have bought a good tarp for way less, but it says north face on it.

Our first use was up on Shasta and the footprint (yes, both models aligned) was a bit bigger than the tent preventing it from staying hooked to the poles. Other than that, it was highly effective in keeping the tent from the melting snow below.

This footprint is a great little floor for camping trips! Not a bad price at all.

Maiden voyage was to the slopes of Mt. Shasta for the tent and footprint. the footprint did a great job of keeping the tent floor from the melting snow below but was a tad too big and would come free after some time in the tent. Yes, I did double check and both tent and footprint are the Stormbreak 2 model. Would have been a 5 star but I know I will continually fight the over size.

I haven't used the product besides setting it up outside, but so far the material seems amazing. Zipper can get caught but you'll get that with most tents.
