Back Of Shoe Digs Into Heel

Everything about this was perfect and so comfortable EXCEPT the back was too high & dug into my heel after just testing them around the house. I was so sad to have to return them for this reason. Even weirder, the heel is cut higher on the inside of the foot than the outside. I could have maybe lived with it if the inside edge weren’t so high. I thought it was a flaw so tried to exchange them, but all were made the same.
