Super breathable and great for training. Fit is spot on. The color is a little off from the same color in the shorts, so couldn't quite pull off the monochromatic look I was going for, but that's fine.

I run, lift, and train for HYROX. This shirt holds up for all three. Collar never sags even after repeated hard use unlike some other brands I've tried. Clearly built for athletes. I'll be getting a few more colors ASAP.

These shirts are tough, stretchy, and very breathable. I like the lenth a lot and the colors are great. Not bad to wear on a run either. Highly recommend. Runs a touch small but not enough to size up.

Although I had to do an exchange and size up from a Large to an Extra Large, the interval shirt is a very light comfortable workout shirt, which I would highly recommend.
