I've had these boots for years and they've held up super well after everyday use. The arches are still supportive, the ankles have relaxed but held up well over time, I never blistered or had skin irritation from them. Usually I need a wide shoe, but these had plenty of room in the toe box to accommodate them. I still get tons of complements even though they're slightly worn. Might end up getting another pair for when these bite the dust, but I don't expect that to be anytime soon.

Bought these boots to wear on a trip to NYC. Forecast had some rain, so I thought these may be fun. It ended up being cold and rainy the ENTIRE trip. Straight out of the box I wore these - walking 5+ miles per day, even climbed the Statute of Liberty. My feet stayed warm, dry and blister free with no break in time required. I usually wear 6 or 6.5, but after reading reviews and owning another pair of Sorel, I purchased the 7.

Nice looking casual boots but a bit in the small side.

So comfortable! Second pair of Sorrel to replace well worn older boots. I sized up half a size.

Great boot, bought (black) for an Alaska trip ( hiking , rain , puddles & lots of water ) wore 3 days straight for about 6 hours a day & my feet were happy. My shoe size is 7 ½ I did size up due to prior reviews & I’m glad I did. Fit perfectly especially with wearing wool socks. Just hard to get them on!

I am normally a 7 but will need 7.5 if I am going to consider keeping these. The sole is very comfy even though the heel isn’t entirely spongy -but better than most cheaper boots that are rock hard. Very sturdy - but then a bit too stiff! Even though I love the design and colour of the shoe, these are very difficult to put on and seem very stiff around the leg. I have really narrow feet and legs so I can imagine if your feet are wider and chunky it would be really hard to put them on, even though once they are on there is plenty of room! I’m sure you can put up with it but I think it would annoy me after a while. I understand that you can break into boots gradually but I bought timberland boots a year ago and I thought I could break into them but gave up for similar reasons like the puffy ankle bit at the top of the shoe feeling restrictive round my leg! Although the padding around the top of the rim at the back of the shoe LOOKS comfy, I personally find it uncomfortable because it doesn’t align with my leg and the rest of my ankle properly. I think the tallest part of the shoe needs to be angled back slightly to allow for more flexibility like some of the other boots I own. Perhaps if you have larger ankles you can fill out the shoe more in the right places. So best to just try them out for yourself!

Wish I would have sized up half size, runs a bit small, love the color

Dear Sorel - please do NOT keep this boot a secret. They are absolutely the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. My daughter has had a pair for a few years and raves about them, so I ordered a pair for myself. Literally I doubt I will wear any other shoe for months, I Love these so much. They hug your foot like nothing I have ever experienced. They are adorable and can be worn with just about anything. I bought them up a size so I could wear socks with them and they are completely perfect. Love Love Love these boots!!!! Thank you Sorel!

My sister gifted me on my birthday. These boots are super cool and comfy.

I prefer the previous Lennox Lace boot: all metal lacing brackets, a loop on the back to pull on, metal nail heads around top on sole but these are an adequate replacement . Still very comfortable and durable. A little thinner profile which is good because it make feet look smaller without being tighter. I wore my last pair out so happy to have a fresh pair.

Threw these in my suitcase last minute as I had just learned of a high chance of rain during my trip to Dallas. I’m happy to report that although my legs got soaked from the driving rain my feet stayed completely dry and comfortable. Furthermore, these boots still look like I just took them out of the box. Although I did not traipse through mud I did wear them all day on a college campus and to a football game with a lot of grimy puddles.

If you are going on a trip and the weather isn't going to be summery and amazing, these are your boots. With them I've been able to take a trip with no checked luggage, because these boots do the trick for EVERYTHING. 2 hour Muddy Alpine hike? No problem! Dinner at a nice restaurant? No problem! They dress up great with a nice pair of pants. Everything in between, including tons of walking and all kinds of weather? No problem! These boots are really comfortable, surprisingly lightweight, actually waterproof, and all around amazing. A friend bought them before a trip to Scotland and is also extremely happy with her purchase. I've taken mine to Switzerland and an epic East Coast college tour trip and been super happy.

Love this boot! Goes with my casual lifestyle. I own almost all the colors.

I love these boots, but they are ridiculously difficult to get into - even with a shoe tree I struggle to the point of almost giving up, and they don’t get easier with time.

I got these for a gift in December and had to return to to size up half a size from all my other Sorel boots. I did wear them on a trip to Alaska in January and day to day use in South Dakota where I work indoor. They are very comfortable and broke in quickly. I am disappointed in how scuffed up they are already - especially because I cannot find care instructions on their listing. The pull tab is tiny and mostly ineffective in helping to get the boot on. Not up to my other Sorel boot standards.
