Super happy with my purchase! They keep my feet warm and dry in SNOW country plus they are sharp looking! Only complaint was that the soles were pretty darn slippery on the snow at first. Once I wore them awhile and got the soles scuffed up they do a good job! Would totally urge my bestie to get a pair!

These boots are gorgeous. Their matte finish is elegant. They are cut in a way that makes my foot look thin - a rare quality to achieve. They lace up like my ice skating boots when I was a kid - which is terrific! I'm sure they will be great for any and all purposes, but I am happy to have a boot that looks to me like a dress boot. I am thrilled with them!!

I bought this pair of shoes and thought it would be so comfortable but instead it gave me two big blisters on both the inside part of my heal. They were so painful and i have emailed Sorel but no one care to reply to me. I always like the brand as the shoes normally very good. Not this style. My advise would be to avoid this shoes.

As most of the reviews state, these run unusually small and narrow. I went up 0.5 size and They were extremely small and uncomfortable. Checked for country of manufacture and not surprised to find them made in China, where shoes more often than not run small for western feet. Depending on how thick your socks you want to wear, you'd need to size up at least a whole size if not more to get enough room in the toe box. Such a shame as a good looking boot. Will be returning.

They look like very comfortable Doc Martens and I was really excited! As I tried them on the first thing I noticed was the quality didn’t appear to live up to the normal Sorel standards. The stitching on the upper boot unraveled as I put them on and the toe box had a good sized dent that was permanent. I expect more Sorel- especially at this price point😞

The boots look good but definitely not what I was expecting quality wise. They already look quite scratched up. Kinda disappointed especially with the high price tag. They’re also quite uncomfortable…

I have a pair of fleece-lined Sorel 1964s that were comfortable right out of the box. These Hi-Lines are such a disappointment in comparison. They run small compared to my other Sorel (three pairs and counting). And despite the platform sole, they are desperately uncomfortable. High quality and beautifully made as always, but I will be returning these for a different Sorel line.

I bought this as a winter shoes and they are for spring. Narrow and uncomfortable despite the right size. Too rigid

I would highly recommend sizing up at least half a size. Especially if you plan on wearing thick socks with these. They are a tight squeeze, going on and coming off... even for my narrow foot. They are quite stiff so they will need a breaking in period. They also have an androgynous esthetic. My husband asked me what was up with the combat boots when he saw these in the room. They are decently comfortable once you get them on though and will be great once fully broke in. I live in south Alabama though so I can’t comment to their traction on ice. They keep feet nice and cozy and warm though.

Been in the market for a boot like this for my wife for quite a while. Can happily say that she loves it, not only the look of it but how comfortable it has been. We took a trip and she wore them a whole day and no complaints!

I love the boots, but it’s going to take a little bit to break them in. My feet are a bit wider than most as my parents let my feet breathe as a child so shoe restraints didn’t shape my feet. They’re okay even for my wide feet, but it’s going to take a bit of stretching them to make them comfortable for a shoe that I’d wear often.

Before I actually give my review i want to say that i absolutely love these and they go so good with the majority of my outfits. They are super comfortable and keep your feet super warm. One thing I didn't like is how short the laces are and I actually ended up getting a longer pair. The other thing to be aware of is the back of the boot is stiff and takes a bit to break down into a comfortable shape.Other than that, it's a great pair of boots.

I love these boots so much! I received them a few weeks ago which was perfect timing for this fall and winter time. These boots are well made and the soft leather is perfect. They look very fashionable and and feel great on my feet. I would definitely recommend and would love to purchase more colors of these boots.

The Sorel Hi-Line Lace Boots are my first pair of Sorel boots and they are my new favorite. They are strong, yet comfortable. Like most boots, the more you break them in, the better they get. I am looking forward to wearing these boots in the winter when I'm shoveling snow or playing with my girls.
