This is my first saris bike rack the only thing so far is i have a 1-1/4 hitch and the lock set up bolt is to long and can possibly be cut off need too have 2 different lengths

Terrific Rack
This is my second unit. I bought the first one several months ago. A few days ago, I got rear ended by a hit and run driver. Pretty much made a mess out of the rack. Went right down to my dealer and bought another one. One suggestion on the design. You've put reflective tape on the wheel holders. However, when you put the carrier in the up position to store it away while on the car; the reflective tape goes away. You should put some more of the reflective tape on the bottom of the wheel holders, so it will still be visible when the carrier is up. Easy fix, but some folks might not notice this issue.

Added Security
We throw this on after a ride and before going in somewhere to eat. Its a great extra security to keep thieves away. In addition we use it once we're at camp to secure our bikes when we go for a hike. having them keyed alike to our rack makes having the right key easier!
