My Favorite Shorts!

The Ferrosi 10" shorts are amazing and (by far) the best hiking/casual short I've ever owned.

Great Shorts But Early Pilling Of The Fabric

I like the shorts. They fit true to size and are comfortable. The only thing I have against them is that the fabric pilled around the pockets the first time I wore them.

Light Weight And Comfortable

The shorts are ideal for day hikes, and bikes. Light weight, durable, and comfortable.

Just like the pants love these highly breathable and lightweight shorts. Perfect for all my summer adventures from boating to hiking. Will be getting more of these for sure. Sizing is spot on!

Great Except For The Front Pockets.

Love the cut. Great, breathable material but front pockets are basically useless if you plan to put something in them that you want to keep. Not worth 1/4 of the price. Ferrosi pants front pockets are way better.

My New Favorites!!

Just received my new Ferrosi shorts and am very impressed. Very lightweight (perfect for our hot/humid summers), breathable and the perfect amount of stretch. The secure zip pockets are perfect when out scrambling, won't loose any belongings. Stitching is strong and really like the 1 sided front mesh pockets to vent out heat and moisture. Only minor issue is they could be a little deeper. Otherwise fantastic shorts, you won't be disappointed at all

Great Features And Fit

The fit of these shorts is great and I love the high functionality (zip fly, zip pocket), without the high weight. I'm a muscular thigh guy at 5'8" and 165lbs and the 31" fits great, very streamlined straight leg fit. Super comfortable for day wear so far - can't wait to take them on a 10-day hike this summer!

Great Lightweight Summer Shorts

Love these as a lightweight summer short. I have a couple pairs in different colors that I rotate through. Really like the drawstring waistband and not having to deal with a belt. The ferrosi fabric is lightweight and durable. They look great too!

Excellent Shorts

They gave the Ferrosi's an adjustable waist draw chord so you don't have to wear a belt. Excellent shorts, high quality, nice fit, and feel.

Best Hiking Shorts Ever!

Outdoor Research Ferrosi Shorts are my go-to shorts for hiking! They are fantastic for anything from a short day hike to a multi-day trek! They are lightweight, tough and very comfortable! They last a long time, which doesn't surprise me because all Outdoor Research products are of the highest quality and dependable!

Awesome pair of shorts, I've actually picked up 3 additional pairs. They are lightweight and comfortable and they dry quickly. After wearing these for several summers now I am also impressed at how durable they are. These fit true to size.

Great shorts, length is nice and doesn't impede movement, lightweight and comfortable. They have been great for hiking and traveling in. They have held up very well with all the use. Sizing was true to size. I recommend these for anyone that wants/needs a durable but lightweight/breathable shorts for everyday wear or anything outdoor.

Best Hiking Shorts

Excellent shorts for hiking, trekking, or similar endeavours. These have been my favourite pair of shorts since I got them a few months ago. DWR coating works nicely and I have used them on float trips as well since they dry quickly. Shorts run true to size. Highly recommend them!
