Great stretch and protection for ski touring and ice climbing.

Good fit for ~34/34 pants. Velcro straps on the waist are just enough for me to go beltless

These pants are awesome. Great baggier fit for people with larger muscular legs. I’m 6’2 or 188cm and I got a L regular. Slightly long but nothing a belt can’t help. I took them on a mountaineering adventure snowshoeing through knee to waist deep snow without getting even a drop wet. Incredible breathability, stretch, and comfort. I love the color too! They even ripped because I snagged them with a crampon and still didn’t let any water through!

Very warm, quick drying as I live in a rain forest. I've had a pair for over a year and loved them so much I needed a second pair as I mostly live in them through fall, winter and spring. No damage or ware for over a year

Wore while snowshoeing in cold conditions. They worked well with equipment and kept dry and warm

One of the best mountaineering pants you can get - durable, breathable, and yet still warm at any altitude. These are my go-to pants for many PNW mountain treks (Mt Adams, Middle Sister, Mt. Hood, etc). The fit is fairly true-to-size, but I would have expected a bit more stretch in the waist. I'm usually a 32 in most clothing, and M's feel a bit tight. There's plenty of stretch in the legs which makes for easily climbing, but the waist can definitely be a bit annoying. It's not enough to take away from how great these are, but something to consider if you're on the border of sizes.

these pants are perfect for hikes and other activities on the cold damp pnw. I have used them on multiple occasions ranging from light drizzles to downpours and Everytime I've stayed dry and comfortable. they breath very well and they are my new go to pant when I head out in the fall and winter.

Got these to start mountaineering. Definitely good designs and well-thought out for such activies. Comfy over long hours, fits well and good enough to stop wind and allow breathability.

These are my favorite winter pants I have owned 3 pairs... My only complaint is zipper quality 2/3 have had pocket zippers fail so far...

Quality and features of this back-country ski pant is very good. I tried the medium which is what I usually wear but they were a bit too snug for me. Need to try the large. I am 6ft 175lbs with 34 waist for reference and a large would be better for me.

I'm a 32-32, I couldn't zip the medium, large is baggy. The quality is great and good material

Climbed Ranier with these. Worked out prefect. Crampons caught the seams a couple times but no damage. Definitely recommended though. These are pretty heavy duty so i wouldn't consider them ultralight or anything but for certain mountains or conditions they're prefect

Comfort, breathability and durability. Outdoor research Cirque pants for men are incredibly durable and can take an absolute beating in the brush Hunting Morels. I specifically bought these pants for these adventures and I ended up loving them so much I wear them everywhere now. I like them as much as anything first lite I have in my outdoor clothing collection. After a quick wash they look as good as new everytime. I wish Ron was still around to where these pants. He'd be proud.
