Should Have Purchased These Years Ago

I'm not sure if one brand of proofing tray is better than any other, but these offer light years difference in proofing your dough balls, opposed to putting them on a baking sheet with a wet towel!

Easy, No Mess, Light And Airy, What Not To Like

These are great and makes life easy. I’d say you need more proofing time than what the leaflet suggests. I have made better pizza when over proven (as opposed to following instructions). Regardless start with the instructions and improvise. You will not be disappointed. Will not consider making dough myself for parties anymore.
