The Ooni gas burner attaches right onto the back of Ooni Karu 12, for a convenient and easy way to power your oven with gas. Offering the same incredible speed and high heat as using other fuels, use the heat control dial to cook across a range of temperatures. Plus, there’s minimal soot or clean-up to worry about thanks to cooking with gas. Ooni gas burner comes with 11 WC (28 mbar) regulator including gas hose.

Great Feature

We started making pizzas in the grill and enjoying it so we took advantage of a sale for the first generation Ooni. Put it together super quick and just admired it. . the next day we set out to make pizzas!!! We had a great experience and have since used it almost every weekend. Their is a small learning curve but nothing the Ooni videos can’t clarify. I like the wood but if you need to make more than a few pizzas you have to manage the temp more often, the gas feature takes that worry away and you can roll the pizza in and out. We also put potatoes or other veggies on the cool down to not waste the heat. Just leave it there for and hour, potatoes come out like butter. Make sure the stone says dry. Long story short, this is a really good product. I have and will continue to recommend this product.

The Ooni Karu is already a great pizza oven, but adding the gas burner makes it even better. You can still use coal or hardwood if you want to hone your skills but if you are not feeling like devoting a lot of time, or are cooking for a party, this is the way to go!
