I ordered 9.5 and usually wear 8 or 8.5 so that I can insert an insole for arch support. It is narrower towards the toe. If you prefer comfort, would recommend to order half a size bigger.

Good shoe as I use this primarily for work (hospital), and my 2 year old 574s is at that point where it now needs to be on shift work. These new ones seem to be made out of tougher material, and though it needs a longer break-in time, seem to be much more durable (not that the other one isnt!).
