A versitile tool that works unbelieveably well, nestles in an MSR cookset, and the weight is stupid light!!

The tool gives you the ability to securely and safely grab those large pots with ease. Despite its appearance this pot grabber is surprisingly light! Don’t leave it at home just to save weight. It weighs next to nothing.

This was a gift. It's very well made & The best is it's made in the USA
I like to get multiple uses out of items. I modified my pan handler so it can also be used as tongs as shown in the photo. I'd recommend that feature be added if you ever redesign this.

Best bar none! Sturdy and holds the pot when full. Easy to pour with. The only problem I have had with it is the kids losing it.

There's not much to say, this is the standard in pot grippers. It does exactly what it's supposed to on any pot I have without fuss. Totally worth the weight, even when trying to count ounces.

Vastly improved design over the holder that came with my Alpine SS pots several years ago. Personally I like having two holders with me which is why I bought this one for my latest trip. I find it almost a requirement to have two for dumping water out of a pot. Plus it's nice on the longer excursions with new people to have two in case one accidentally disappears. MSR has clearly done their research. Compared to the original holder this is incredibly better.

This product is good, however after 3-4 uses the ends that attach to the inside of the pot were morphed on one side. This lead to an insufficient grasp of the pot, leading to instability and troubles when trying to maneuver the pot. Therefore, the durability of the handle needs to be improved upon. For the record, I stored my panhandler in a safe environment throughout my travels along with my alpine 2 pot set.

This works perfectly for moving the cooking pots from a hot camp stove. I can pour water into my French press without burning myself or spilling .

I always thought, ""forget the extra weight, I can just grab the pot..."" but I often ended up with a burn. THEN I went backpacking with a friend who had a pot-gripper. My mind was changed. I grabbed the PanHandler right after that trip last summer, I haven't burnt myself cooking in the wilderness since!

I received the Panhandler as a stocking stuffer gift for Christmas. One of the best gifts ever. My family camps frequently. Pots and pans handles can be a pain when trying to store. Quick fix- The Panhandler. I can now get rid of the handles. It is a wonderful tool. Lightweight, portable, inexpensive and indispensable. I am picking up a few for gifts and one to keep in my kitchen.
