Good Poles But Lousy Service

These poles work very well but as others have noted they do not lock into place when retracted for carrying which is very annoying and dangerous when packed into my backpack. I contacted the company directly by email and they had an auto response that said it could take over a month to get a response. That was 5 weeks ago. So, nice poles but LOUSY customer service. As a result, when we go buy some for my spouse we WON’T be buying these again.
