There is something completely wrong with the design of this container. If you use quality salt (flake salt), it cannot come out of the ultra-small opening!

I've been using this for two or three years now, almost on a daily basis. I definitely use it in the field, but I also use it when I eat at my desk. I have sea salt and pepper in it and never had an issue with it getting clogged. The only issue I forsee is the lids breaking their plastic hinge, but after two years, I'll just buy another one. Good job!

Everything is awesome about this salt and pepper shaker. The plastic hinges are the only part of the design I do not like - so 4-stars; however, it is holding up very well. I have used it Mon-Fri for several months now (baked potato during lunch). I open and close the lids 10-16 time per potato - take a bite, apply salt, apply pepper, and repeat. The hinges are doing well but I do expect them to break at some point in the future. The hinges will definitely hold up for occasional camping/backpacking.

It's salt and pepper. Not really much more to say.

Clean and simple solution for the camp kitchen. I also grabbed a couple of MSR spice shakers for hot pepper and spice mixes for fishing trips... Tasty!

Old bay on one side and salt on the other! Nice & small but enough for a 3-5 day pack hunt.

I want something small and ultralight. This one is my choice for backpacking. Salt/pepper is good for a week backpacking trip. Cap on both end is sealed that there is no way that water can get in there.
I got this tiny shaker as a gift from boyfriend and I love it! I most often use it in our corporate canteen, where meals often lack in taste. It holds a good teaspoon of salt and pepper. I recommend this product to everybody.

Love these, they are the perfect size! Smaller than they look in photos. I use one for salt, one for pepper and two others for herbs and spices.

Quite handy for day to day carry on all my outings.

So far I've used this climbing, backpacking and car camping. I haven't had any issues, you just have to be careful when you pop the top to make sure you open the top and not take the lid off (hopefully that makes sense).

Excited to use this for seasoning food on the AT coming up in march!

We have had this product for about a year and we take it everywhere - backpacking, canoeing, camping. No problems with leaks and is lightweight. Would recommend.

Small enough to fit anywhere...holds enough salt and pepper to season on the go. Build quality is good. It seals well and keeps moisture out of the spices.

Makes it easy to add salt pepper or other spices to your camp meals without the hassle of carrying multiple containers or pre seasoning everything
