Great Jacket
Great Jacket. Used in Canada these past few weeks during some very wet days. Kept me perfectly dry during my Mtn pursuits.

Sold Rain Jacket
great fit - great performance. I did order an XL but it ran too big - stepped down to L and it is perfect for movement with and underlayer

First Impression Paclite
Slightly shorter in length than the piece it replaced, Lack of ventilation in armpits was disappointing, slightly smaller arm diameter also a Negative

Decent, But Could Be Improved.
The jacket is good, but for the money it could stand improvements, most notably in the zippers. They are not waterproof, and they have a tendency to snag the fabric that covers the zipper placket. Sounds nitpicky, but after enough uses it gets frustrating. I probably would've returned it, but I needed it for a trip so decided to just put up with it. Pros: Very packable Gore-Tex Paclite means it's pretty durable Cons: Zippers not waterproof Fabric tends to snag in zippers when fastening Hood sometimes feels too small, especially when wearing my backpack or ruck

Exposure/2 Mens
Jacket is awesome! Color is great, the fit is just a tad big in arms, but not a deal breaker… perfect if layering! Feels great in a tee shirt also. The hood seems great too,but really haven’t used it yet!

Great Raincoat
Bought this coat for my son as a gift. He loved it. He loved the color and as a former Mountain Hardware customer, loves the brand. Would definitely recommend.

Not Exactly What I Was Hoping For.
Material and weight is what I wanted, but the pockets need to be in an easier to reach spot for active people (ie. closer to my chest). I was hoping for a suitable replacement for my Arc’teryx alpine hard shell Gore-Tex jacket. As it is, I will likely just use this around the house and try to squeeze another year out of my Arc Teryx alpine jacket before replacing it with another.

Good Overall
Have owned for winter2021&spring2022 For a rain shell I care about: waterproofness, weight, durability, packability and price (in that order). I care little about fit and adjustability except for where necessary to stay dry. And I do not care at all about breathability or pockets. Have worn in heavy rain for over 3 hours multiple times, never had a drop of water pass through (shirt and under layers always totally dry after). Packability/weight is okay but could be better. Durability is definitely good enough for anything up to light bushwhacking, maybe more but I wouldn't. If I could go back, I would have spent more to get the paclite plus Gore-Tex jacket or the Men's Quasar Lite over this for the better packability and lighter weight

Goretex Paclite Exposure 2 Jacket
I bought this to replace the government issue a jacket that kept my husband warm and dry on deployment all over Afghanistan. The original jacket was 13 years old, and an accident with heat was why it needed replacement. He loved that jacket and the memories of comrades here and gone. I can’t say good enough things about it. Thank you.

Disappointed And Misled
I bought this jacket for my boyfriend, and the first day he wore it he ripped a hole in the sleeve just simply putting the jacket on. Yesterday, we spent the day in the pouring rain and he was soaked through pretty quickly. It was pretty clear that the fabric wasn't waterproof, and I'm now doubting how much of it is actually gore-tex. As people who spend a lot of time hiking and climbing in the mountains, we won't be bringing this jacket on future adventures.

Outstanding Rain Protection
I bought this jacket a few weeks ago while on travel and it has been put to good use with these Midwest Heavy Summer Storm rolling through. I love the fit and functionality of the jacket. I would recommend it for a good rain layer that can support any season.

Drawstring Issue
Waist drawstring immediately broke. The rest of the jacket is really well constructed, but the waist drawstring design was awful and lasted one tightening.

Good Fit.
5' 11", 185 lbs: got large: plenty of room, if it were larger it would have been too big. Seems like a well made jacket. I have not had a chance to test it out in the rain, yet, but have high hopes. I wish the blue were a little brighter.

Don't Be Chillin'
I turned in my Faux Fur girlie coat Christmas present for the Exposure/2 Gore-Tex Paclite Jacket. Warm. Breathable. Lite. I live on an island in Washington and every winter it is rain and cold to the bone time. This jacket works well as a shell over my other jacket and the chill doesn't touch me. Highly recommend!

Exposure Rain Jacket
It’s a rain jacket that does what it’s supposed to do. It is lightweight, comfortable and packs up small.
