I was in terrible weather this weekend, watching Lacrosse all day in the wind and rain. Kept me dry! I would say the size is a little larger but not much. Worked out because I had a few layers on underneath.

I decided to get the precip pro jacket for a 2 week trip to the UK in May. It came in very handy for the weather when I was in northern wales/snowdonia. And also in London when it was significantly wetter and colder. Even though i couldn’t pack it into its own pocket, I was able to roll up the jacket and it didn’t take up much space in my daily small pack.

The Marmot Precip pro was an excellent buy. I love the design of this jacket - seamless, well-constructed, and stretchy. Great color choices; the blue is beautiful! Overall a great purchase that will hold up for years.

Great jacket--I got it to replace my old Marmott rain jacket (which I have had for at least 25 years). This one is just as great as that one was (maybe better). great fitting, perfect length, and awesome features--like pit zips and breathability. This one has a bit of stretch, which I can't exactly tell, but the liner is much nicer than the old jacket. One feature neither jacket have is a double zip, which would make it a 5+ rating for me. I'd also love it if they offered petite sizes but I am able to roll the sleeves fairly easily and they are not bulky.

Bought this jacket for my summer trip to Iceland, where the weather is known to be very volatile. It held up really against the wind and the rain!

I love this rain jacket! I bought the same style LONG ago and wore it to death. When I saw you had in stock, I wanted another! Excellent for travel and exercise!

Great jacket. Only compliant is it is a bit short in the front even on a thin person.

[Employee of marmot] I like the comfortable water repellent fabric and the underarm zip, large hand packets. It is breathable and feels sturdier.

My wife loved receiving this jacket as a gift and it performed wonderfully in the rain in Alaska and the Yukon. It fits her perfectly, too - with room for layers underneath.

Really great jacket I love the color so much and it definitely keeps me dry! There is a small patch of discoloration on the back which was there when it was mailed to me… not a huge problem but not ideal either.

Not waterproof. Wet out instantly at first wearing. Then I purchased recommended Nikwax products to wash and add DWR, but it did not help. I like the fit and feel of this jacket, but it functions as a windbreaker only.

Sweet jacket! Stylish and sturdy! I haven’t worn it yet as it’s snow season here in Vermont. It’s stylish enough to use as a light jacket anywhere! Love it and glad it was on sale at a super price!

Well designed jacket that has kept me warm even in the ongoing rains of the Pacific West. Also excellently priced when on sale!!

This jacket keeps my mom dry. But the inside deteriorates after a few years.
