This is a good shirt for athletic activities. It is comfortable and looks nice. The sizing is just right - a large fits as a large should. The fabric dries relatively quickly and wicks moisture. It's not a super lightweight shirt, but it's fine for running, hiking, etc. It does provide sun protection. I can't say if it holds in stink because I wash it after I wear it for an activity.
