Quality seems very good for the price and has all the features that I am looking for. Wish they would remove the logo on the hood though.

I’ve owned and used various Marmot Gore Tex jackets. I needed a new rain jacket so I bought this one. I looked at the sizing charts, and read the reviews. Hard choice, but I ordered a size up because all the reviews said it ran small. When I got it, it was wayyy too big. But this jacket is so light and comfy! It can easily be packed in its pocket too. It was hard, but I did return it. Don’t hesitate to buy this! FYI- this is a regular fit, which is a little looser fitting… I usually wear their Medium or Large in the semi fit, but this regular fit in Large was huge!

Jacket is great. It is true to size. Quality material and color is vibrant. Great features all around.

I am very pleased with the performance of this jacket! My wife and I both purchased one before a trip to Europe. Packs easily without wrinkles. We were in two heavy rainstorms and kept dry. Underarm zippers provide good ventilation. The jacket is comfortable to wear. I wish I had purchased them sooner!

I was really excited when I put the jacket on. It fit well and I loved the nautical blue color. I bought primarily because of the GORE-TEX functionality but after a few windy and wet hikes in the Scottish highlands, I was displeased. When hiking, the jacket collects a lot of moisture where your backpack straps sit (and around the back of my neck. This jacket would do fine in light rain but I am looking for something else (Patagonia torrentshell) to stay completely dry. Bummer!!

Took the jacket to the Himalayas. Held up perfectly in the rain, held up perfectly in the wind, felt great in the humidity when I needed to stay dry but not hot. I was able to pack it into my day pack everyday.

I purchased this jacket in honey gold (a beautiful color which if your on the fence, do not hesitate to buy it, you'll be pleasantly surprised). The quality of the jacket is visibly outstanding!!!

Raglan style sleeves give excellent range of motion.

All around solid rain jacket. Well built, typical pockets, good hood. I got it a size up (per reviews) and while it’s slightly big, it works well with under layers, including my down hoodie. Definitely consider going bigger if that’s a need. I wore it in a couple downpours on the OR coast earlier this week and it held up great, kept me dry even when hitting full saturation. My key need was for a new rain layer that was solid but light enough for backpacking, and it’s perfect.

This became my husband’s favorite jacket within SECONDS of putting it on. Usually men’s coats especially lack color and personality, so he loves to throw on this yellow coat over a hoodie or light jacket on colder days like in Chicago as seen for the perfect amount of coverage and wind resistance! Marmot truly nailed the unisex coat vibe as it looks great on me when I steal it as well!

The size was a XXL and it is smaller than the XL I bought in 1993. By 6 inches across the chest. Additionally, the material was not what i expected from Marmot. My original jacket was high quality material, and this did not feel close.

I’ve always gone to marmot for the past 15 years when needing outdoor gear - my first marmot rain jacket was purchased for my first trip to Costa Rica in which we traveled all regions - my sister even borrowed it for her trip there the next year. It keeps you dry and ventilated with the under arm vents and is so well made - all zippers and toggles are high quality as expected. My entire family now owns their own marmot rain jacket and I recommend the brand to everyone! For is true to size and my son who wears a large at almost 6 ft 180 lbs loves how it’s not too baggy nor slim and doesn’t make a whole lot of swoosh sounds ! Absolutely recommend this jacket !🧥 it’s so hard to show the color in photos but this yellow is a beautiful goldenrod in person . Was surprised at how much I love the color .

This is a fantastic jacket. It's well-made yet lightweight, making it easy to carry when traveling. The design is simple, so it can be used for both casual and semi-formal occasions. My size is between M and L, but I bought a size M in this jacket. The size feels a little larger than a regular M. It fits snugly with a sweatshirt underneath. Since it's a rain jacket, this size is perfect.

This is my first experience with Marmot jackets so I was hoping that this jacket would be a good choice and comparable to my years old Cabela’s Guidewear rain jacket that had seen its last days and went the way of the dinosaur. When I received the jacket and took it out of the packaging I was immediately impressed with how soft it was compared to the stiff jacket that I loved. But, would it perform as well?? It didn’t take long before I put it to the test on a very windy and rainy day and I was very impressed by the jacket’s performance. It performed as well as the Guidewear and much more comfortable to wear! It also seems to keep me warmer too. Time will tell on this jacket’s durability but so far so great!
