Disappointed with the new design. Long time wearer of the older version which were great. These feel a lot lighter with thinner material, have no front pocket zippers, have no front upper leg pocket, and no bottom of leg zippers. They are also tighter around the waist compared to the older 32” version. Bring back the old style as these are not an improvement. Not sure why there is a size chart for short and tall when you only have regular size

I only wish you had larger sizes up to 50 inch waist.

Longtime daily wearer of 2 older models. After tremendous performance over the years I was finally ready for a new pair. Just received and am a steady / traditional 32. Waist runs so small I can’t button. I am currently wearing my old pair of 32s with the utmost comfort. Will order a 34 I guess. A little sad the new models lack the zip and thigh pocket. Quality feels a little less than its predecessors to be honest.

These are perfect for my hiking needs. I love the deep pockets and the lightweight material. The pants dry quickly when wet and the stretch in knees and crouch is perfect.

the strength of these pants included protection comfort mobility and durability. I have had my pair for 6 years and they still look and feel very close to New. I wore them nearly every single day on an 18-day expedition up aconcagua, climbed Mount Whitney with them twice, along with a dozen more summits. They are one of the most impressive pairs of pants I've ever owned and I've recommended a half dozen of my friends to purchase them as well. Marmot discontinuing them is one of my biggest fears from an apparel perspective has replacing them would be difficult.

Comfortable and great looking pant for the outdoors or casual wear. The Scree pant wears nicely like a pair of slacks with the fabric that doesn't wrinkle. Roomy and comfortable is the best feature without looking baggy. Unfortunately, the Vetiver color ones seem to wear poorly with the fabric showing signs of wear knots. Fortunately, an occasional fabric shaver took care of the imperfections.

Great pant for cold weather hiking in the south. Super comfortable and very well made.

They are not lying when they say they dry quickly. Very good for water sports when it's a little chilly out, they dry fast and look great! I would buy

The pants are very well made with nice stretch. They would hold up great for hiking and biking. Only issue is the waist is a size or so smaller than most 32 my husband wears and he couldn't get them buttoned. Length is perfect.

My husband really likes these pants for hiking. I will say you might want to size up one. They are pretty form fitting through the glutes and thighs but other then that the feel great.

The Mens Scree UPF 50 Quick Dry Pant is a solid choice for anyone who spends time outdoors and needs versatile, functional gear. Made from a stretchy, mid-weight fabric, these pants offer just the right fit with a balance between durability and comfort. Whether you are hiking, climbing, or just out for a weekend adventure, they move with you without feeling restrictive. One of the standout features is the breathable, water-repelling material, which keeps you dry in light rain or dewy morning conditions. The UPF 50 protection is a great bonus for long days in the sun, and the quick-drying fabric means you won't be stuck in damp clothes after a day of water rafting or a drizzling mountain hike. Designed with practicality in mind, these pants come with belt loops for a secure fit, although you might not a belt as they run true to size stay on well. Another great feature are the hand pockets to stash essentials. Overall, these pants are a great blend of performance and versatility, ideal for anyone who wants comfort and function in the great outdoors. Five stars!

I received a pair of size 34 black Scree Pants from Influenster and Marmot in exchange for my honest review. These pants have been worn several times already through some pretty rough gardening and landscaping days. After the several washings following the hard work, they are still in excellent shape. They are lightweight, very flexible, and extremely comfortable. They are slightly fitted around the calfs and ankles, which I love. Excellent pants for anyone who works outside and is looking for great pair of pants that will last a while.

My husband wore these for work to test them out. First of all they supported all 200 lbs of him with a latch hooked through the loop. They also look really nice and could be dressed up or down. He's constantly outside in different weather and these are great. I plan on ordering more that's how much we liked them. Id highly recommend for outdoors, work, and basically everything.

My fiance loved the Marmot Scree UPF 50 Quick Dry Pant. The material is moisture wicking / swishy but he thinks these will work great for hunting.
