Perfect for a spring day. Not too heavy, not too light.

This jacket is really well made. It is very stylish, light, but wind resistant. It has zippered pockets to keep items dry and the hood is designed to keep head dry against windy conditions. The multi color allows a person to wear many different outfits. I love this jacket and recommend it highly.
Good fit. Good length. Not noisy. Satisfied with sale price.

Lightweight and Water resistant jacket works well for everyday casual.

I like everything about this jacket. I like the fit, the color, the cut, the pit zips and the way it keeps me dry. I bought a couple extra for my teenagers.

Experienced 3 days of miserable 45 degree rainy weather and was kept dry and warm. Great value for money.
No complaints as usual with Marmot gear i own. It is good, no extra bells and whistles but all the essentials

It's a nice wind-breaker type jacket. For my needs, it works out well. I did think it was going to be more of an insulated jacket, but it grew on me fast.

My second jacket (lost first one), there's a reason I bought another!

This jacket should be on the moon because the fit and style is out of this world.

Great built product. Solid for the entry level price. I wouldnt be on the trail with it but its not designed for that. Weekenders, light hikers, ball games, all that is perfect for this coat

This jacket is the BOMB.COM; best wet weather top I have ever owned over the multi-dozen brands and styles I’ve tried over 41 years. I am an avid outdoorsman, hunter, fisherman, explorer, and former Army soldier which has given me many opportunities to own countless civilian and military-issued wet weather gear. Every piece of gear I’ve ever owned I have put through hell and back, I did the same to this jacket. When I first received the jacket in the mail, which arrived promptly and in pristine order, the jacket was so light and felt thin, I thought I would rip it in the first day. NOPE, I WAS SO WRONG, I gave this jacket the beating of a lifetime over nearly two weeks during my excursion through Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Despite my best efforts taking it through the gauntlet of all tests and going through the toughest brush and terrain I could find; THIS JACKET TOOK EVERYTHING AND ASKED FOR MORE. After the trip, I inspected the jacket with a fine tooth comb, literally using a magnifying glass and flashlight to look everything over. I could not find any abrasion marks, microtears, loss of color, degradation in the function (zippers, velcro, snaps, etc.), or bulging/ripped/loose/stressed/etc. seam lines. The fit was superb and Marmot did a great job in the fitting department, it felt so natural to move in. All of the above is superb but you might be asking about the primary function of keeping you dry. There were two torrential storms during the trip and several other days with normal rain. For hours and days this thing flawlessly kept me bone dry throughout the trip, even when the rain was coming at all different angles from heavy cross winds. On top of that, this jacket is a champ to pack and takes up minimal space because it is a much thinner jacket (albeit tougher, and more rugged) which I confess is an aspect of the jacket I eventually fell in love with despite my initial reservations. I can fit this jacket in some of the pockets of my packs that I normally haven’t been able to fit my other jackets in, which helps when trying to gain easy access when the bottom falls out. This next part may seem inconsequential, but I loved how Marmot doesn’t use that outdated inner mesh liner seen in other jackets I’ve used in the past and which turns out to be garbage in a very short when using it. Also, they have a great roll-away hood design. Marmot seems to really keep its product lines up-to-date with the latest and greatest. This is a far superior jacket to some of those jackets that are twice as expensive or more. Best bang for the buck I’ve ever spent on a wet weather top. GET THIS JACKET YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Stay safe, explore hard, push your boundaries, live your life to the fullest, and most importantly best regards to everyone.
