I bought these boots for hunting the Tennessee mountain Deer and Colorado Elk. I could not be happier with the boots. Great support and warmth. Highly recommend!

If your looking for a sturdy boot this is one of the best you can buy. I like the protection and the fit is great, but the are on the heavy side. Good for small boulder fields.

In the 50+ years I have hiked/backpacked, I have experienced several top quality boots. These Lowa Tibet GTX boots take quality to the next level. They fit extremely well (I have wide feet and use an arch support), and have been comfortable from the start. I am a four season backpacker, even at my age. They provide the high ankle support mid level boots can’t provide. So far so good!

As you would expect from Lowa, these Tibet GTX boots are very well made. The materials used, the stitching and the workmanship are all excellent. The fit on my C - D foot is good as well... The medium really is a medium, neither too narrow or too wide... Also, I buy my hiking boots at least a size and a half above my normal street shoes to allow plenty of room in front of the toes... Sometimes this means that the shoes I order are too loose in the heel, but that has not happened with these....They fit nicely all around even though over-sized... One thing to consider when you order is that these shoes are from a European company... In my experience, this means that their sizes are not quite the same as equivalent US ones....For example, European boots listed as size 12 will actually be more like 11.5, a size 13 will fit like a 12.5, and so forth.... In some of the previous reviews, a number of customers had said that the soles tended to de-laminate and separate from the shoes when they are used in wet conditions... The soles on this 2023 pair are different than the soles in the catalog pictures... These new soles are all black; not gray... I think this means that the de-lamination problem has been worked on....I will have to field test them before commenting on their durability.. In brief, my initial impression is that these are excellent, comfortable boots .... Cheers

Highly rated boots. I’m a journeyman lineman and I’m always climbing poles and steel structures. First day wearing them 13 hours and they were excellent. A little stuff to be expected but my feet arnt shot like a normal pair of boots breaking in. Very excited to be wearing Lowa boots 👍

I have a hard time finding boots that are comfortable because I have a wide forefoot and high arches. Most boots are either too narrow in the front, too wide in the heel, or don’t offer good support (or any combination of the three). These boots fit very well and the lacing allows me to customize the fit so the my heels and ankles are locked in solid. I did replace with a merino wool footbed with extra bridge support, because I am going to be using in the mountains with snow still on the ground. Very happy with these boots and will certainly considering buying again once these wear out.

The boot seems to be a good boot I was surprised. first time I ever bought a boot that expensive online and I am impressed. The only thing the picture shows that it’s a gray boot and I got a brown boot ?No big deal. Thank you all !

This is my third set of these boots, I put a lot of miles on in the backcountry with very heavy loads. These boots have the perfect combination of stiffness and comfort, happy feet make a world of difference on a long tough trip.

I feel very comfi and light shoes surprisingly. Very good for himalaya trekking shoes I guess. Sole is very good for rock mountain. Inside is leather is good feel for feet.

Bought these back in May of 2022. It has taken me quite some time to break them in but they are worth it. Great ankle support and fit my foot perfectly. Bought these for those heavier load hikes with a pack on. They're not light boots but they give great support to the foot and ankle so they should be great in the mountains with a heavy pack. I have a lighter pair of boots for hikes when I am not weighted down. That being said I think these are comfortable enough to wear even unloaded.

Outstanding service on excellent products, top of the line brands, fished the first 4 days and had great success. Hunted 10 days in the knolls and seen lots of bucks…

I really liked the quality of these boots. They had great ankle support and were exactly the stiffness I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too narrow in the toe box. My foot is 4 3/8” wide and the 10W size was just too tight.

I bought these boots about a month ago for work. I paint and post property lines in the mountains for my job. My other less expensive boots were falling apart quickly and didn't have the support so i bought these and am extremely impressed. They are still breaking in and keep getting more comfortable everyday.
