Thsi is a perfect sleeping bag for any kid! My son loves the colors and he can pack it up small into the bag and bring for sleepovers. Haven’t used it in super cold weather only in the house but he loves it so far!

I bought this bag for my 4 and 7 year old to camp in Southern California. I think it will be a little warm for summer camping, but it worked great for fall camping. Very happy with it, and I expect we will use it for years to come

Kept my daughter warm for her first camping experience. The temp rating seems to be accurate. We were in the 45-50 degree range at night and she had no problem staying war.

I bought this for my daughter for camp, she loves it! Packs small enough for travel and has room for her to grow into it. She’s approx 50# but will be able to use for years.

Great for kids Spring campIng trip in NY! They seemed very comfortable, no complaints! The nights got to be 50 degrees but the temperature during day was almost 80! It did the job well.

I got this for my eight year old daughter, who is thrilled to have it! She recently got too big for her previous mommy bag, so she graduated to this one and will hopefully have several years to use it! Comfortable, warm, he checks all the boxes for us!

Bought 2 of these for my boys and used them for their first camping trip! They loved them, kept them warm for the spring temps and enjoyed zipping up like mummies!

I really like the color. It’s a good size for my half grown kid, ready for summer backpacking. It’s not summer in Alaska yet. It looks really great.

Bought these for an upcoming camping trip. My six year old son and I put it to the test on a winter camping expedition the weekend after they arrived. The temp dropped to 26 degrees. The small size of this bag allowed it to slip inside my double. Never heard a whimper from him about the cold.

I bought these for camping this upcoming summer with my daughters and these sleeping bags are perfect. plenty of space for the kids as they are growing, easy to use zippers for them and warm. really well made and pack small in their stuff sacks, the kiddos have used them as their bedding at night, and I have no worries that they won't be warm and cozy when we go camping in Colorado this spring.

We ordered this bag for our toddler for a recent tent camping trip. He stayed super snug when temps dropped overnight. Not a peep from him each night!

I'm a relatively petite woman (5'3"-ish) so I actually got this for myself and it works great. It's plenty long for me and the material feels nice and durable. I haven't tried it out in the cold yet, but it was quite warm on a summer night.

I purchased this sleeping bag for my kid to use with the understanding that they would eventually outgrow it, but upon receiving it, had to check it against my own Kelty bag because I swear it was almost the same size as an adult's. This is a pro in my opinion as they will continue to use it for years to come. Overall, it's a fantastic bag that is light, but durable. My kiddo is too young to be able to tell me if it would indeed hold up to 30-degree temperatures, but if it is anything my own, it shouldn't be an issue. I only have one issue with it: the zipper seems a little too easy to pull apart than I'd like (kids rarely sit/sleep still), but it can be easily fixed by just pulling both tabs all the way down and reclasping them like you would a jacket. Great bag at a great price.

We purchased this Kelty Kids Mistral 30° bag for our almost 3 year old son in preparation for our camping trip to Big Bend NP. Being that it is a 30° bag, we expected it to be a sufficient rating D the camping we were planning on doing. I am happy to say it worked exactly as advertised in the mid to upper 40° overnight desert temps. He liked to use it unzipped as a blanket when falling asleep and then ask us to zip it as the temps dropped. He also loved to "hide" his head in the hood as he was waking up. We also used the stuff sack to adjust the length of the bag to better fit his height.

Purchased this for my 5 yo daughter. Went camping and temp was about 20 degrees. She stayed warm and snug in this sleeping bag. Really like the lining as well. Nice and big for a kid's sleeping bag. This should last for many years.
