Height is better if you struggle getting out of smaller chairs. Made my own footprint to keep from sinking in snow and mud. Tough to assemble at first but loosens with time and use.

Got this as an unexpected Christmas gift and love it. It is pretty hard to get the chair on the frame, but I’m told it will get easier as I use it. I think I’m going to put this with my canoe camping gear where it will be heavily used

It is just another good quality product from Helinox. Very comfy and compact I can sleep on this. It is very big but light weight and compact package when it folded

Well made, comfy and sturdy. Holds myself and an 80lb Doberman who thinks she's a lapdog. Already planning on buying a few more as gifts for outdoorsy friends with giant lapdogs.

I purchased this chair for my fiancé who needs more back support in a chair. He is a taller guy so I went went the XL. This chair is easy to set up and let me tell you this chair is amazingly comfortable! Yes!!! I have sat in it as well! It’s very study and strong as well. I will definitely be making a second purchase for one my myself as well! Great for camping, the beach, wherever you may need to take a chair! Easy to take with you as well since it comes in a bag with straps!!!

No one wants to sit on the ground when camping, nor do they want to lug extra pounds around in order to do so. This chair delivers comfort and is so lightweight it's a non issue to carry. A must for any camper. Could also be used for sporting events, backyard BBQ, etc. I never leave home without it!

I am happy with all of my Helinox products. But this one fits me the best. I'm 6'2" 275lbs The chair one xl is a couple inches wider, and a few inches taller than the other models. Leg poles are thicker and a little heavier than the other models. Better suited for camping than hiking. But if you are a big person... yep, you are looking at the right one.

We had two of the regular Helinox Chairs and they were too short and low for my wife and I . We are in our 60's and have started to camp again on longish (i Month motorcycle adventures). While the XL chairs take up more packed space the comfort makes it worthwhile
