I used my Georgie puffer jacket to Breckenridge this spring and noticed a few things: a) the jacket needs more pockets to be the perfect ski jacket, a large pocket inside for a hat or neck warmer and possibly a couple of more pockets at the chest level or larger pockets on the side; b) the jacket is warm but I still needed to wear a vest underneath with several layers in cold days and last c) there is a little border on the collar that rubbed my chin when you zip it all up. On the bright side, the fabric is very soft, it fits true to size (I regularly order small / 4 ) I ordered a small and fits roomy and super comfortable, but the cut is not slim, it's roomy. Also, it's very flexible you can use it on the slopes or après-ski. All in all, I am pretty happy with my jacket, despite those details. I expect to wear the jacket in the city now that the ski season is almost over, which is a plus!

Finally The Perfect Warm Ski Jacket!
I've cycled through a dozen ski jackets trying to find one that was warm, flattering, not too poufy and had all the technical bells and whistles for years. I'm always cold when I ski, and this jacket does not disappoint. Skied in high winds, snow, -10° and was perfectly warm with only a thin base layer under. Don't hesitate to buy this. Only complaints is the neck zipper is a tad snug and hard to have up all the way, and hood over a helmet is also snug. Willing to overlook those for the amazing fit, warmth and flatter factor!

Versatile Jacket!
This is my second Halfdays Jacket (I have the Aston in Spritz). I was looking for a jacket I could bring on trips to wear skiing and also out to dinner at night. This jacket is perfect for both! I also wear it around NYC when I'm home because it just looks like a cute puffer. My only wish for this jacket is that i'd like an outside breast pocket for my phone - I don't love the phone leash in the right pocket. Otherwise, the ski tech is all there, it's super warm, and the Navy color is great! Side note -- I think Halfdays should add a muted raspberry color to their jacket selections :)
