Love'n It!

Absolutely love it. Love its classy look - I can wear it to work, the gym and church and it always looks good. I also absolutely love its accuracy and functionality. It is spot on across the board from sleep reporting to excise tracking. It has more features than I will ever use, but they are easy to bump to the bottom, and the features are more frequently used to the top for quick and easy access. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. Took a minute for me to master, but I have in fact mastered it. If you're considering one, just buy it. You won't regret it.

Great Features & Reliable Stats

I have had the watch for about a month and I love it. It is easy to operate and the features are great. I still am not using all of the features, but it has so much potential!

I really like it, its a huge upgrade from my instinct 2

All Those Features

A lot of tech. More than i need. Keeps better elevation than my instinct. Downside is it is not super easy or intuitive to set up. But i am not very techy. Not sure how accurate training readiness is. Seems pretty far off of reality for some reason. I would still get one again.

Reluctant Convert

I really do love this watch. It's the entire operating system that garmin sits on that is the trouble. Battery life is obviously better than my apple watch which is the only reason I switched. Training for a marathon and the AW couldn't keep up. However, the data nightmare that I've been in moving over to Garmin has me wanting to throw this thing out the window most days. This is primarily because I use a lot of Peloton training outside of my running. The data duplicates in weird ways across connect, peloton, runna and strava. Half the time the broadcast my HR feature doesn't work. The watch itself is fine although bigger than I'd like - it's definitely lightweight and at least decent looking if you don't mind the sporty spice vibes. I just can't believe that with all of the technology and years of legacy garmin has in the marketplace that THIS is as good as they can get. I realize the complications exist in the integrations with other platforms but... don't make your organizational problems and end user issue.

Decent Purchase

It’s a pretty good watch. Randomly after an update I was not able to get text messages anymore on my watch. I’ve tried everything to fix that but it just does not work like it used to. The battery life is decent. I pay for the Garmin connect+ but the contacts I have listed don’t always get the livetrack data sent to them. With past watches I never had to pay for that, so I guess we will be charged for everything we want to use even though the watch itself is pretty pricey. Overall I like it for the functionality for my activities but I think a few things could be fixed.

Great New Watch

Love the new fenix 8. Easy to use, a lot faster, a lot more detail in the different categories. The brightness and watch face along with the voice capabilities

Factor

Love everything about it just wish the battery lasted longer.

Watch Face Clarity

I purchased watch two weeks ago and I love it. My Fenix 6 s pro heart rate sensor stopped working so I thought that I would try a Pixel 4. Wasn't anything like my Garmin. Highly recommend the Fenix 8.

Great Watch

I live the watch however not a huge fan of the Fenix 8 gold color. It’s too gold if that makes sense.

Great Features!!

I loved my fenix 5 but love the fenix 8 even better. I’m still figuring out all the new features still but the ones I have used are a great upgrade!! Would highly recommend!!

Great Features But Difficult To Use Some Times.

This Garmin Fenix has a lot of features but I can't figure out how to do a sports activity consistently. I did a run for example and thought I had started the watch but when the run was done it hadn't tracked. It's not as easy to use as my old Garmin nor my Samsung. There wasn't an easy guide for everything either.

Looks Great

It keeps disconnecting from my phone constantly, and battery runs out quickly (2 days the most)

Amazing Upgrade!

Upgraded from the forerunner. Love the larg bigger touchscreen and brigjtness of the face! I love this waycj and ot amazing for weights and cardio, health metrics....

Nice Watch Can Be Better

I purchased the watch a couple of months ago and I’ve been very happy with it thus far. I would have given 5 stars if they provided more face option at no cost (especially at the price you pay for the watch). I would also like to see them add the blood pressure (BP) feature to the watch watch, which certainly would a differentiator (I would give a 5 star with this feature added regardless of face options).
