The Fjällräven Vidda Pro Lite is a very well-made, high-quality pair of hiking pants. The construction feels durable, the materials are excellent, and the fit and overall silhouette look great. For warm-weather hiking, these pants are comfortable and much lighter than the standard Vidda Pro. Compared with the newer Fjällräven Vidda Pro Lite Zip-Off, the regular Vidda Pro Lite is less expensive, but it does not have the ventilation or zip-off functionality. If you don't need those features like me, the standard Lite version offers good value. My main complaint is the sizing consistency. I normally wear a size 30 in virtually every brand, but Fjällräven's size 30 is far too tight for me. Previously, I purchased the Vidda Pro Ventilated M in size 32, and it fit perfectly. This time, however, I ordered the Vidda Pro Lite in size 32, and it feels noticeably looser than my Vidda Pro Ventilated in the same size. Because of this inconsistency, it's difficult to know which size to order, especially when buying online. Overall, these are excellent hiking pants with great quality and a flattering fit, but Fjällräven could do a better job maintaining consistent sizing across different models. Pros: Excellent build quality Durable yet lightweight fabric Great fit and leg shape Good option for warm-weather hiking Less expensive than the Zip-Off version Cons: No ventilation feature Sizing varies significantly between models May require trial and error to find the right size

These were my only pants for a 2 week wander through the rainy windy Orkney Islands. They were extraordinarily comfortable. Pockets for everything you can imagine and the fabric held up well for climbing and scurrying on the rocks. They are my new favorite pants.

These Vidda Pro Lites are very well made and fit awesome. Have 2 pair and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. A+

Got two pairs of these the other day, and I can confirm already going to be my favourite warm weather pants. Ive got a pair of these Vidda pro ventilated, and Kebs, annd Keb agiles, and the fit/sizing of these is pretty condition to the others. The sizing for all of Fjallraven pants are a little odd, but just size up and they fit great. I normally wear a 36, and I go for 38s and they fit perfect. This pair of pants is nice and light, top quality and look great. Only gripe is the material definitely does not feel “stretchy” so not sure why they note that it is. If you want a true stretch pant go for the Kebs or Keb agiles.

Sizing is abysmal, sizing is wrong on every level you have to buy maybe two or three sizes bigger in you waist

Absolutely wonderful trousers. Initially bought for hiking in Scotland, but then became almost trousers for everyday use. They showed themselves to be excellent at temperatures (+10 degrees Celsius with thermal underwear and up to +30 degrees). Excellent ventilation, dries quickly, if you need additional wind or moisture protection, you can use wax. They also fit perfectly.

Purchased indigo blue . Very slightly to start with but they give a little over time . Colour and cut and general quality is excellent . Cool to wear . With well sized pockets . Will last years .

pretty disappointing, pants are designed so well, looks so amazing, however the fabric has zero stretch, and the worst part is i dont even have big thighs and even i find it too tight. This is meant for hiking/outdoor activities no? a little confused at how is anyone supposed to move comfortable in this. again, im a skinny asian dude with a 31" waist and got the 32/32 and its very slim fit on the thigh.

I just received a pair of these trousers, and as far as fit goes, they are very, very snug in the hips and thighs, considering that I ordered up two sizes relative to my normal size. Today's apparel makers apparently believe that all males are built like string beans with no quadriceps. It's an uphill battle to find no-nonsense outdoor pants that do not try to make a fashion statement. I would suggest that Fjallraven remove the "Stretch" claim for this material - there is no stretch built in whatsoever. Meh.

These are just great. The waist size is ruler accurate- no funny business there. They look sharp. They’re very comfortable. They’re not baggy. Lots of snaps and pockets. I bought several pairs and wear them almost everyday. They’re holding up very well. I really like how they fit and look. They are a bit “cool” as in they don’t retain a great deal of heat, but that’s a pro in the spring/summer/fall.

These pants are way too tight in the hips. I had to get a 38" waisted pant to accomadate my 33" waist and a 41" hip measure. The "Improved Fit" is literally the opposite. I shouldnt have to go up two whole sizes to get hiking pants that can accomadate the range of motion involved in walking up stairs. Also, why is the 30" inseam 31" inches long? My old 34" by 30" vidda pros fit fine. My only positives are that the materials and construction are solid, and it's nice to have the pant slimmer in the calf, but thats the only improvment. The fit is unforgivebly restrictive.

I’ve worn the trousers in heavy rain + high altitude in late autumn and encountered no problems whatsoever. They’re light hence one doesn’t sweat much yet warm enough.

I absolutely love these pants. They’ve become my go-to pants and the fit is great. I took the advice about sizing and ordered a size larger and they fit perfectly. I recently ran into a friend from Finland and he was also wearing a pair of Fjallraven pants. We commented on how rugged they are.

The material is exceptionally breathable but not very elastic. Check the size conversion table. These are true to size in the waist but slimmer in the thighs so sizing up buys you better movement. Just wear a belt, it's recommended anyway.

I find them to be too restrictive when I’m taking a big step or climbing over and up something. Good otherwise but the sizing and cut is just too tight for me.
