Cute Bag
I absolutely love this bag, it's roomier than I expected and the outer pockets keep everything I super need organized. The inner pockets are also the perfect size. I can keep my planner (I'm lost without it) in the tablet pocket with room to spare so my pen isn't pulled from the holder and lost inside, and the whole bag has way more space than my old mini backpack had. The design makes it easy to locate everything inside, and the color is beautiful.

Great Bag
I love it! I have it navy and it's a gorgeous deep blue color. It can fit my standard size ipad with its case, along with my usual purse essentials. I wish this bag was a bit bigger so the front pocket can fit my iphone SE (2020). But I will just use it to hold my smaller trinkets instead. Love the zipper on top for easy access to my stuff. The straps when worn as a backpack are very comfortable, but as a shoulder bag - not so much. The plastic adjusters get in the way and kind of sticks out at the bottom when the straps are pulled out all the way. But overall a great little bag. I was afraid it would be too small but the size is perfect. I highly recommend it.

Shout Out To Olivia At The Mall Of America Store And This Great Kanken Totepack Mini!
I've never paid any attention to Fjallraven, outside of loving the Arctic Fox logo. I've always been a leather person. I've been looking for a lightweight N/S tote for my Surface Pro and I found this Totepack Mini at a store in Stillwater, MN during a 'shopping' excursion; alas, they didn't have many colors in, but the tote definitely sparked a flame. I got back home to St. Paul, called the Mall of America Fjallraven store, talked with Olivia, and she put one aside in Ox Red. Long story short: I brought in my Surface Pro, it 'just' fit, the totepack mini has padding, there's space for a mouse and the cords for the computer (and more!). the shoulder straps are the perfect length, Olivia was so very helpful and thoughtful and the best customer service I've had. With the extra-added stresses and requirements of the pandemic, Olivia went above and beyond and I am now a lifetime customer. When you combine a great product with a great salesperson, you've got a win-win. Thank you, Fjallraven and Olivia!

It's Small
This is my first Fjallraven purchased and the quality is amazing. I purchased this bag to use as my purse. It is very cute and I feel the tote straps are a great length. I ultimately returned this bag for the fullsize totepack because the opening of this bag is small and with the few items I did put in there it was hard to dig around and pull them out.

Love It!
I love that it came very quickly! It’s the perfect size for me and holds everything. I just adore the Ox Red. I also found a cute little surprise of Swedish fish with my package! It was very cute it made me laugh and made my day. Thank you guys!!
