Without a doubt the best hiking sock on the market. I have put thousands of miles on trails with these and yet to wear out a pair. Made with merino wool and a lifetime guarantee, how can you not purchase them?

Love DT socks! They're my go-to for backpacking, hiking. So naturally when I got a pair of high top winter boots I got this taller pair to gain protection higher up on my legs. Med offers a great fit (I wear a 9.5 boot) for me, and it's tough to wear the Darn things out!

Great socks. I’ve been converting my sock drawer to DT over the last few years. Smartwool had held the top spot but Darn is a cut above. Really awesome socks. These hikers are great for cool to cold conditions.

Darn Tough socks are amazing. My husband loves them and he is a "tough" sell for socks and shoes. They have to be just right or out the door they go.

Sweaty feet are not comfortable with cotton socks. Not only that but the sweat eventually ruins your good shoes. My daughter turned me on to the Darn Tough Hikers and I am amazed, no sweat and warm. I will buy more and throw out all cotton socks.

We like these so much that we order a bunch for my husband and I. The cushion is just perfect, not too thick. The sock is not that thick but is very warm. Fit is perfect, they hug your feet without being too tight.

I’ve tried the other well known brands of wool hiking socks, and can truthfully say these feel the best for first time and in all day use. They’ve been thru the wash and still feel great. Pleasantly surprised! So now it’s time to load up with other colors!

Great socks, warm but not too warm thick but not too thick. Fit nicely with my Xtra Tough boots. The warranty is unbeatable and they look great.

These socks proved tough, comfortable and offer excellent support ! My new favorite work and play socks !!! On days when my step count exceeds 15k, these socks are at their best demonstrating their comfort and toughness so my feet are ready for another adventure the next day !

This is not my first pair of these socks. True to your expectations of Merino wool, they are fantastic for thermal regulation in a wide variety of conditions. And they have impeccable design, attention to detail, and the quality of construction that you expect from the Darn Tough brand. They breathe exceptionally well, despite being thick and well-cushioned. Aside from hot summer conditions, these are an excellent choice for all-around socks. They also keep my boots from getting stinky and hold up really well to regular machine washing/drying. Here in Michigan, I use them starting in fall, all the way through winter, and into spring until the weather turns warm. Despite having super warm boots, these do not cause my feet to overheat. But they also don't let my feet get cold. I also like the precise sizing available as a size medium is just right for my 8.5 foot.

My fourth pair and not because they wear out. These kept my feet warm, with insulated work boots, on -20 degree weather. Polar vortex 2021 was a great test for outdoor apparel and equipment.

I ordered a pair of these socks to try. I've been trying different brands and none of them have stood the test of time. The first time I wore these socks I could feel the difference! I liked them so much I ordered 4 more pair. Only time will tell, but I have a feeling that these socks truly are "darn tough"
