I bought one. Then three more happened. At this point I'm not collecting vests - they are collecting me. Warm without the Michelin Man vibes, packs down to basically nothing, and somehow convinces me it's "vest weather" in every season. If I disappear, check the Cotopaxi section first.

Patagonia & Cotopaxi run huge now. I have medium older items from both of these brands where the old medium size is smaller than the new “small” sizes in these brands. I’m going to try & re-sell this vest. Bought on sale & no refunds. You could fit almost 2 of me inside of it.

First time purchase of Cotipaxi for me and I'm pleased to report the vest is super warm and comfortable for my morning walks in the Fall and Winter. I found this a great replacement for my favorite down vest from a competitive brand. I did have to size up because I wanted to wear layers underneath.

I was surprised by how boxy / big the vest was, it is a huge change from the previous style. I'm typically between a M and S, and I was swimming in the small. Certainly size down. Further - I was underwhelmed by the quality of the product. Some of the line trims were noticeably poorly done around the zipper closures, with thread coming off. The quality of the vest itself was great, but these little details matter.
