Down Is Coming Out

This is the third Columbia Jacket I have purchased in about 8 years. The other two I still have and are of good quality. This I purchased a few months ago but have just started wearing recently with the change of weather. There is a spot on the sleeve where the down has started coming out. When I try to pull the white fleck off more follows. Super disappointing as the jacket is so cute. I purchased it in store out of town as we don’t have a Dick’s or Public Lands making a return a hassle.
