I wanted to love these shoes because I LOVED the platform sandals. But these are the worst sandals I have ever owned. Without the back strap that the other sandal has they are heavy and clunky and awful to walk in. Yes you will trip, yes you will get blisters. Even on sale I would not recommend these slides. Chacos makes great sandals but dropped the ball on these.

A little narrow at the start. However over time from prolonged wear that is no longer a issue. My feet are thanking you. I WEAR THESE EVERYDAY. I would love a tennis or a closed toe sandal.

The straps are pinched and caused a blister. Otherwise very very cute and comfortable.

Strap is waaay too short. Have to have some super thin and narrow feet for these. Highly disappointed.

I wanted to love these since they're leather, but the "clip" rubbed against my pinky toe and was uncomfortable. I returned them.

I absolutely love my other Chacos sandals. Wear them almost daily in the summer for long walks. I wanted to love these so that I could have the support of a Chaco but the look of a nicer sandal for work and casual outfits. I thought these sandals would break in over time and I would wear them in, but I’ve had them for over a year and they still rub my feet and give me blisters. They are also very heavy and clunky to walk in and want to slip off my feet. My friend has the sandal version and seems to like that one better? I love Chacos but would recommend a different style of sandal instead of this one!

Wanted to love these but they aren’t as adjustable and they rub in weird spots. I have a taller foot and have to adjust these to the loosest hole

Great quality & cute style but too clunky for my small feet and frame.
Townes are a great addition to my Chaco collection.

Amazing, I would get these in ever color. I have horrible foot issues and my feet feel great in these. They are wide enough and super comfortable.

I bought these because they are super cute and the price is right, plus I love all of my other Chaco sandals. They look great on and I love the cushion, but they were a little tight and did not want to stay on no matter how I adjusted them. I contemplated keeping them to just wear around, but I decided that I’d send them back and try a different Chaco slide instead.

I thought I was a size 7, but it seems a little tight. I loosed the straps but still tight. If you are a 7.5 then go bigger. But overall, really like.

Super cute sandals, but they squeak when I walk, the foot cushion is great but the metal pieces are bulky and tend to dig into my foot so I can only wear them for short periods.

These are well-made and slip on well. They are super cute and I have gotten compliments on them. They have the potential for being 5 stars, but there are some fit issues. The footbed is fine, but the whole sole/footprint is quite wide (on the verge of too wide visually, but not quite) I wear a size 7.5, but ordered a 7 because the website suggested sizing down. My foot barely JUST fits the length of the footbed and I have to push my food forward which makes wearing the slides not quite as comfortable. Also, under the straps, there are metal connectors at the junctures, which rub on my foot. There are ways to adjust the straps slightly larger, but this does not solve the rubbing for me. Maybe it all could have been solved with a size 8, I don’t know. However, I didn’t realize these issues until after I had worn them out and didn’t think I could exchange the size.

I love the look of this sandal. It’s got a retro 70’s feel. Unfortunately, this is not a good representation of a Chaco sandal. I hope the designers go back to the drawing board with this sandal, since from all the reviews I read many people wanted this style to replace a sandal they wore in the past. First, the sandal’s sole is very heavy. Clunky. But, is comfortably form fitting. Second, the metal loops on the side of the uppers are terribly uncomfortable, and placed where they rubbed my small toe, and inner arch. I tried walking around the house on the loose settings which was falling off my foot. But, the metal continued to be an issue. In conclusion, I decided to return the sandal.
