The shoe is well made but way too loose for my daughter’s feet. You can only adjust one of the three straps, and the strap across the toe is huge. Even though the shoe size is correct, her foot flops out of these when she wears them because we can’t tighten across the toe. Kinda useless as a hiking sandal for this reason.

Great shoe. It takes a little patience adjusting the straps to make sure they fit, but they are worth it! Now we are ready for tide pools!

We were looking for a heavy duty, but still nice looking sandal for our 7 yo son. These are perfect! He is between a 12 and 13. We initially ordered the 12 but ended up exchanging for a 13 to accommodate the width of his foot and just a tad more room to go. The 13 was perfect. Exchange process was pretty painless as well. He walked all day at the zoo in them with no complaints. Perfect for summer and upcoming Disney trip.

We have finally outfitted all four members of our family with Chacos! Why? Because we all love how they feel on our feet. They do take a second to put on and take off but, the effort is worth the all day, any weather, any activity, happy feet! We ordered size 13 for our son based on the other shoes he has and they fit true. Our son does have a slightly wider foot but he has been nothing but happy with these even after full day outings. The color is fun as well.

they love the colors- got them on sale for them to grow into and they want to wear them NOW! love all the fun designs they get to choose from. hope they feel good to them when they grow into them ( in the past, we have not been able to get the straps tight enough).

I like the ZX/1 a little better, but the pattern and fit are good. These make my toes happy and support my arches well. Now, I am ready to play.
