Heel/ankle Straps
The shoes are great except for the ankle straps keep coming loose and now I broke one. These may be excellent for a groomed trail but I like being in the woods making my own trails. I like the shoes and binders but not a fan of the ankle straps.

Exceptional customer service!! I bought a set of snowshoes last season from North 40 but didn’t get to use them until this season. When I unpackaged them and was putting everything together I noticed that a snowflake was missing on one pole. I emailed customer service on a Sunday evening and within an hour I had a response that they would send two and for free. I was amazed at the quick response and thankful that I was receiving soon in the mail two FREE snowflakes, not just one. The customer service was exceptional and a personal touch was also added. Thank you!!!
