Comfort But With Issues.

I wore these shoes for about 3 weeks. They were fairly comfortable. I wanted a shoe that I could wear for light walking and gym days with weights. However they had some issues with the arch area. It was uncomfortable after a couple hours of wearing. Also my left heel started hurting. The shoes were a bit long and my heel wasn’t really locking down even with different lacing. Also, I bought the limited edition Indigo color and the laces for that model came untied all the time. Very cool looking shoe, but just not for me. I’m thankful for Brook’s Run Happy program so I could truly decide if these were the right shoes for me.

Brooks Revel Max

I love these shoes. They are very plush and feel great. They also have a wider toe box. The color combination is fantastic.

Great Shoe!

Revel Max is a very comfortable shoe with more cushioning than the Revel 7/8. Ordered 2 more pairs for future use since this is about the only sport shoe I can wear. Please don't shrink the toe box on future designs like was done to the Revel 7 to 8 design.

Working Shoes

Great working shoes my shifts are 12 to 16 hours shifts and these shoes are so comfortable i do get and foot pain.

Decent Quality But Weird Color Combos

I'm personally not a fan of these thick sole "max" shoes that Brooks and Asics are making. The heel is lifted high and it makes me lose my balance sometimes. Eventually they will flatten out and be okay. Colors are weird combos. Would have looked much better with black mesh and the colored accents instead of this navy blue. I'm pretty sure the design team is mostly DEI hires that are color blind. These are just "work shoes" for me so I'm not too worried about looking like a clown. This shoe did run a teeny bit longer in the length than all of my other Brooks. Decent shoe, not my personal favorite. 4 stars for good quality. Bottom line: Probably great for running but has a bit too much rolling forward action for just wearing to work. Note: I got plantar fascitis after pregnancy so I've been on the hunt for the perfect shoe and this is not it for me.

Awesome Shoe

I have worn Revels 7 and then 8 for over year now. The Revel Max is now my go to shoe. I had planter fasciitis and the Revels helped me heal. The Max gives my feet extra support. I need to buy another color once my size is available. I have a small foot and the 5.5 is perfect. Give them a try. You won't regret it. Linda B

I Love This Shoe!!

I LOVE this shoe. I’ve used it for pretty much everything - walking, walking running, being on my feet at work all day, etc. They’re holding up great and are the most comfortable shoes in my closet. Will be buying again!

Definitely recommend Revel Max who are on their feet all day or walk/run a lot. A lot of cushion and support. I’m already planning to purchase another pair of Revel Max within a month.

Extremely Supportive While Also Lightweight

I found these to be more supportive than the Ghost Max, despite that they're lighter. These shoes have been the best fit for me among everything I've tried. I love these shoes and I really hope Brooks keeps making them.

The Comfiest Casual Shoes I Own!

These shoes are sooo comfy. It's like walking around on a cloud all day. I wear them for work and casual wear and my feet are always happy when I do. I think they are going to be great for when we travel and walk around a lot as well.

Being on my feet all day I needed a good, comfortable shoe where my feet wouldn't hurt by the end of the day. The amount of cushion in the shoe is good but the tops of my feet hurt after a long day. I've tried loosening laces which did not help. Overall it's a good shoe but disappointed with top of foot pain for the price paid.

Revel Max Not For Me

I ordered these shoes to wear for walking. They were nice looking and stylish but they just didn’t have enough padding and support for my old, arthritic feet! So I returned them and got a pair of the Adrenaline GTS 25’s. Love them! More padding and support.
