Great For Hiking & Trail Runs

Works great for me for trail runs and hikes - even a quick slip into a stream didn't get my entire foot soaked! I added my usual insole for additional arch support, but otherwise a big fan.

Only Shoes I’ll Wear!

They fit me well, just ran and walked a half marathon yesterday and they kept my feet from hurting too much.

Super Comfy Trail Shoe

Very comfortable excellent tail shoe. Love the outside mesh is so easy to clean and lots of cushion. Highly recommend!!

They are not comfortable. They make me walk in a different way than am used too.

The shoes were super uncomfortable. I ended up having to tape my feet just to finish the race, felt like there was zero cushion.

Loving my Cascadia 19s! Put over 100 miles on the trail these past 2 weeks and they are going strong. Breaking in took some time, but after that they've been super comfortable. They provide the right support and tread I need for the trails.

I really like these shoes!! They fit just right. I wear a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I wear them everywhere. My knees and back do not hurt when I wear them not like they did before I did.

Disappointed

Last year I bought Cascadia 18 and they were my favorite shoes. I wore them all the time and could walk on them for miles and not feel any pain in my feet, hips, or back. I couldn’t wait to buy them again this year. This years shoes have caused me pain and don’t feel the same as last years. Really disappointed

Gravel Road Walking

I walk daily on the gravel road I live on. This is my first pair of trail shoes. I really like how they support my foot on the rocks. I especially like that the laces stay tied without needing to knot them!

Heavy, Look Elsewhere

Stiff and incredibly heavy. Feels like running with bricks on your feet. Save your money.

Best Shoe For A Thru Hike In The Uk

Absolutely the best! I wore these shoes on a hiking trip for 140 miles, I had other shoes with me, but only wore these because of how comfortable they are. They also kept my feet dry even in muddy conditions.

excellent comfort for all day wear, I own a Garden Center and am on my feet all day, a lot of which includes gravel and have had great relief in my knee and lower back

Game Changer!

Absolutely love Cascadia 19! I wear Addictions for daily wear, and needed a trail hiker with a wide toe box and arch support so I went up a half size and ordered a wide in the Clearwater color (only wide option). Tried several brands and Brooks is the one. Training for a multi day hike on the Camino de Santiago and these trail runners offer comfort, support, and durability. Very little break in time and no blisters! Save for traction wear after 10 months of training, still in good condition! Cushion is superior and traction the best out there for trail runner! Breaking in a fresh pair and can’t wait to take them on the Camino! (Would love to see other colors in wide. Lighter color does shoe dirt quicker.)

Great Upgrades

I used to use Cascadia for trails back in the day. I went to another brand for lightness. Was trying on different shoes and decided to give the Cascadias another try. Loving them. They are so much lighter and has great cushion in them. I have done a few trail runs but went hiking in Moab for the weekend and dang, had them on all day long and felt great! Also the grip on the bottoms are beyond great! We were at 45 degree angles and those shoes just gripped.

More Fun Colors Please

19 is comfortable and lightweight and I love the fun yellow color. The inside heel is wearing a hole quickly though. Only other comment is why make trail shoes in light and dull colors or black (makes my feet sweat looking at it). For those of us that live with mud seasons or dusty trails, the light and really dark colors look filthy after one wear. I read that others wash their shoes after to keep them clean looking. The yellow still showed up dirt, but at least they were different. How about some more brighter colors or a navy instead of black.
