I bought these and ended up returning them. I work from home full time so athletic leisure wear is a large portion of what I wear for around the house comfort and I feel it looks good that suits me for regular daily wear outside the house as well. I love my Brooks shoes and had high hopes but ultimately was disappointed. The quality of the materials was nice, the rest of it wasn't for me. Pockets way too shallow to have any real world use of holding anything in. Sizing ran way small. If you want to use them for near skin tight running shorts with nothing in your pockets these are your short, otherwise pass and look at other shorts.

Really poor quality shorts. Don’t fit well, don’t tighten well, and top hem bunches and folds over. Brooks’ shoes are great but avoid these.

Previously enjoyed the unlined version so when I saw these on sale I decided to give them a try. Have found them really comfortable even in humid conditions and still love all the pocket options

Comfortable, great pocket for phone which hugs (as its new). I got a size smaller as some said the waist was loose. I got them in the sale as I wouldnt pay this full price for shorts!

Sad to see these discontinued. I’ve tried 5-6 brands over the past 10 years, and the Sherpa 2-in-1 (5” and 7”) have been the standout favorites since 2022.

I have had lots of running shorts over the years and personally prefer shorts with a liner. These fit well, the waistband is comfortable, the pocket can hold a phone / keyfob / gel/Gu or any combination of these. I haven't had any issues with chafing and have done multiple 10+ mile runs in them. Will buy another pair.

These are my new favourite summer shorts. They are really light. What I love though compared to other shorts I have is the pocket is in the leg lining but accessed from the outside. My normal Lululemon shorts you have to lift the outer material to get to the pocket. These unzip through the outer into the inner if that makes sense. Phone is really secure. I will definitely buy the longer version too

Great shorts in hot weather, breathable and comfortable.

Comfortable and lightweight shorts with a practical phone side pocket that secures it close to your body.

Have 3 pair as these are the best short for me, the right type and combination of pocket and pouches. In a pinch the side pocket can hold your phone securely with mostly zero jostling, due to the “tights” type vs brief interior. The pouches hold a bunch of gels comfortably. Worth the price

I love these shorts so much I bought more. They are comfortable and breathable during long and short runs. Whenever I wear these I am complimented. Pairs well with a Brooks tank or tee shirt.

My new favorite shorts! Fit is excellent- TTS. Extremely comfortable, like the boxer brief style inner liner with integrated pocket that can accommodate my phone (when needed- I prefer not to run with a phone but sometimes you have to.). Side pockets are also very useful/versatile. Replacing my Patagonia Strider Pro's I've been running in forever.

Liked everything about these shorts except for except the liner. There is one seam that just is off and blew out in the worst spot and made the shorts un wearable.

These are by far my favorite running shorts. I enjoy the side pocket for my phone and then the pockets along the waist band are perfect for holding gels. Also, I enjoy the compression shorts lining better than the other types. I'm slowly phasing out all my other shorts to be replaced with this style.

I got these for a 50k trail race. I did every one of my long runs and the race in them, and they are phenomenal. There was hardly ever any chafing, they are very comfortable and non-restrictive. The phone pocket is super secure, I never even noticed my phone in it. The other pockets are great for holding car keys, gels, and anything else you need. I have worn the linerless version of this for a few years, but this was the first pair of the 2-in-1 that I got, and I love them. This will be my go-to pair for long runs and races for the foreseeable future. Only issue I had with them was with the drawstring. If I tied it too tight, it would chafe my waist, but this was easily fixed by loosening the drawstring.
