Unfortunately Not Whati Was Hoping For!

I tried this shoe and ended up returning it. I found the Ghost Max SE to not have enough lateral support for my ankles. Too much uncontrollable lateral spring as I come off my heal. I am looking for a shoe comparable to the NEW Balance 1540 v3 which I own. I was hoping to find a comparable shoe in the Brooks line up to replace my NB shoes. Your service and shipping are fantastic.

All Day Sneaker For All Day Comfort!

I have been wearing Hoka's for the last several years and it seems like the quality of Hoka's has been steadily going down hill. As I got older my feet have gotten flatter and the toe box comfort just wasn't there anymore. The removable insole was very thin and provided very little padding after a short while, it developed the shape of the bottom of my foot and would never spring back! My Brooks Max SE have a wider toe box and the insole so far has been extremely comfortable. The overall quality of the sneaker was visible as soon as I took them out of the box. It has a better arch support and the removable insole provides more cushioning them the Hoka's. I would definitely recommend the Brooks Ghost Max SE to anyone looking for an all day sneaker which provides all day comfort! I am an extremely happy walker so far! Barry Schaffer

Good Not Great

Not as comfortable as I thought I sent back a pair that was to small and they were very helpful on the return the new ones underwhelmed for the price

Too Small But Incredibly Comfortable

super comfortable shoe, however they are too small. definitely needed to size up almost an entire size. i am thankful for the return program, we ordered in a bigger size in a different color

Awesome Shoes

Excellent....tossed new insoles in and started walking. Every walk I have accomplished is a personal best... My flat green Ghost Max SE are great 👍 I have Ghost Max 3 orange Ghost Max 3 Black and Ghost Max SE. All kick butt. I have Glycerin Max-200 lime green. BROOKS LAUNCH BLUE AND BROOKS LAUNCH BLACK, all are great shoes. I tackle flat fast courses and my Brooks shoes never let me down. NEVER

The "Hospital" Shoe Every Larger, Heavy Footed Runner Or Walker Needs

Stepped into these after developing PF - and they were a game changer. I call them my "hospital" shoes - because let's face it, in full gray they look like something straight out of a ward nurse/doctor wardrobe. That being said - I cannot praise them enough. I thought I didn't need the extra cushion: I did. I thought I couldn't live with the "hospital" appearance: I could (and grew to love them). I ran/walked my first pair into the ground - as in, parts of the dark gray tread are worn to white. The shoes have logged a total combined 450+ miles of tracked walking/running. That tracking does not include the near daily use they get as a "runaround" shoe. The fit was true to size - I'm slightly in between, but with a simple insole upgrade the 10.5 fits my standard 44 (EU) great. Shoes were sized in store at a place called Fairhaven Runners & Walkers, so I had no qualms whatsoever.

Very comfortable, lot of support that I needed. Only issue is they run about 1/2 size small on me.

They fit well like walking on a cloud. They give me the support I need.

Need better color scheme but it is what it is I plan to buy more but I like to see it in different color

Mostly Comfortable, But Toe Box Is Cramped.

The Ghost Max SE is a comfortable shoe. The cushioning feels good underfoot and feels stable for daily use. However, the toebox is noticeably small and feels restrictive. I’m currently undecided on whether I’m going to keep them or return them. If you prefer a roomier fit, these might not be the right choice. Also, just an FYI that these sneakers run small.

Go To Travel Shoes

These are my go to airport and work travel shoes. Crazy comfortable and stable and supportive and perfect for long days on feet and on concrete...so nice I bought 3 different colors. Thanks Brooks! PS love the grey color. Goes with everything

Seem To Run A Little Small

These shoes were tighter on my feet than the Adrenalines I currently wear and my toes went nearly to the end of the shoe - no wiggle room or space at the front of the shoe. They also seemed stiffer but that could be just a break-in issue. The look nice, seemed well made and were a sturdy shoe. I like the Brooks shoe line but this one is not for me. The return was easy, the refund came quickly and the people are friendly and helpful. I will order another pair of Adrenalines. I am a walker, not a runner and wear these as an everyday shoe as well.

Love the all green look and comfortable, sizes seem to run small. So size up is my recommendation. Other than that highly recommend.
