Great First Experience

As a new griddle user, I’ve found the seasoning and first meal videos on you tube from Blackstone and others to be invaluable. They give tips and techniques from personal experience. After seasoning, the first meal was two onions sliced and a pack of precooked Italian spicy sausage. It was better than any other preparation method I’ve used in the past for this sandwich. Since then I’ve experimented with other meals and have not been disappointed.
