Heavy Duty
The griddle itself is fantastic. The manufacturing of the doors on the cabinet are a little suspect they are not exactly lining up but not a huge deal The paper towel holder doesn’t really fit a paper towel roll that great and jury is still out on the trash bag holder, especially if there’s any wind at all. I love the folding shelves on the sides and the extra pullout locking shelf. That’s nice. So far the igniter on this model is way better than previous models. I’m still giving it five stars because the place I bought it is the one that assembled it so that maybe they’re not assembling it quite to spec. If I would add something to this model, I would make half of the cabinet a warming drawer.

One Cabinet Door Had A Defect
One of the cabinets had a corner not pressed in all the way so it closes really janky against the logo part on the front

Blackstone For The Lake
We have a lot of people visiting our lake cabin and the Blackstone Griddle is perfect for cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner for large crowds. It is so easy to clean up after and it reduces meal prep by at least 1/2. The only problem I have found is that now everyone wants me to do all the cooking

Assembly Not So Great
Assembly of this model was a struggle. Some of the pre drilled holes did not line up so I had to ream the holes so the screw would fit. Needs more or better QA.
